I have a user assigned Supervisor and Administrator priveleges in IPCC Express v.4.0... When attempting to login to the Supervisor desktop it returns an error of invalid password. However, with the same username and password I can successfully login to the IPCC service on the phone as well as the Agent desktop application authenticating to the same server... Any ideas?

The supervisor's password needs to be set within the Desktop Administrator. Navigate to the Supervisor in question and right click and go to properties to change the password.

For Supervisor Desktop the password defaults to the same as the User ID. It does not use the normal CallManager user password. You can change it in Desktop Administrator.
