Supervisor only can listen voice from agent when doing monitor

Hi all

Got a very weird issue:

when using recording, supervior is able to listen voice from both parties, agent and caller.

But when using monitor, supervisor is only able to listen voice from agent, not the caller.

Here is my topology:

1 3550-24 with span configuration:

monitor session 1 source vlan 130 rx (130 is voice vlan)

monitor session 1 destination interface fastether 0/11 (monitor port)

Monitor server has two NICs. On the switch I have gateway 1760, 1 agent phone, 1 supervisor and 1 caller IP phone. they are all at same voice vlan 130. Data vlan is 30. Caller from PSTN or the IP phone has the same problem.

It really doesn't make sense, recording works on both way but monitor only works on one way.
