Hello All,
Do you guys have any idea why the engine is not available? Please see the attached file.
UCCX (TAPS) version : 7.0(1)
CM version : 7.0(2)

Re-enable all disabled components in the uccx serviceability tool. Then restart the node manager to see if the engine starts up or not.

Start -> Programs -> Cisco Unified CCX administration -> Cisco Unified CCX Serviceability Utility. Click on Process Activation tab then go through each one of the processes.
