Team Skill Statistics Display

Hi!

can anybody help with this phenomenon

the Supervisor desktop went through the following stages

1- after login and choosing a team then the desktop starts displaying data for sometime then suddenly it acts as if the team was not chosen before, as if the software was restarted.

2- it displayed the team skill statistics result as zeros

3- Now there are no statistics at all................

Hi,

Is this for Enterprise or Express CAD?

Check connection between CSD and CAD server (check guide for the port utilization).
