Good morning and happy new year!
I heard the Cisco Unified CallConnector for Microsoft Dynamics CRM has been discontinued. I am wondering if there are any products similar to that. I am looking for a product will work with UCCX 8.5 and up. When calls come into a call center, the CAD will display the caller's history by his/her calling number.
Any suggestions for what to use for this call center?

Hi,
could you please check whether that MS Dynamics CRM has got a SOAP API, available over HTTP? If yes, does it have a method that would return the desired values?
If yes, then easy integration is possible, using SOAP.

Thank you for your Reply. I am now looking into using salesforce product for this. As you mentioned, their product use the SOAP API. I am currently finding out the cost and support details from the company.
