The Device Assoicated with that extension or dial number is invalid - UCCX Finesse

Hi,

I am getting following error while trying to logging with Finesse, ""The Device Assoicated with that extension or dial number is invalid"" 

User is properly mapped with extension, end user is associated under the extension.

Added the EM profile into the RMCM account

EM is working perfectly fine with Phone.

Agent information displayed in UCCX. 

Kindly share respective information with this error.

I am not expert in ccx but I could see lot of threads in google with the same error , in different versions of ccx and due to different ip adressing mode. Did you had a chance to go through those links ?

Also please mention the uccx version and phone type which you are trying to login .
