Hello,
In Turkey we have been using constantly summer time for last 2 years. That cause Contact Center Express' Scripts fail because system put back the time in october 22. We have handled with this problem by changing time in scripts up to this time, but it takes too much time. Does anyone know how to solve it in system-wide ? (( Local Time is 13:18, system time is 12:18 right now)

What version is your CCX and what timezone do you have defined on the Time of Day step in your script?
