When I attempt to add a new JTAPI trigger to an application, I'm getting an error just below the Directory Number textbox:
* Could not update the user on the CallManager.
I am unable to figure out the cause. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Could you pls confirm that Jtapi Trigger does not exist in CCM.

I found a solution after some more extensive searching on these forums.
Basically, it was suggested that I:
-clear up any CRS->CM synchronization issues,
-make sure the CRS was in full service,
-try again
After removing an older not used trigger that was out of sync with call manager and resynchronizing, I was able to add the new trigger without error.
