UCCE 11.6 Bulk API to add or remove agent

Hello Team,

Would it be possible to add or remove an agent using the UCCE Rest Bulk API. If yes, would you please share an example for the payload, method (POST or PUT, etc) and any specific configuration.

Adding or deleting agents is done via the IPCC extension in CUCM. You can use the AXL API there to assign or delete the IPCC extension.

You're thinking UCCX, not the case for UCCE. @OP I'm pretty sure this has been addressed a few times on the forums, do a quick search and you should be able to find your answer.
