We do have CAD 8.5installed in an UCCE 8.5 environment.
While opening Cisco Supervisor Desktop, we can see from the service status TAB the Inservice status : inervice, while the Barge/intercept is inactive.
we couldn't know the root cause of this issue ! we would like to know why the barge/intercept is inactive.
Can you please advice.
I just need to know where can I check the Barge/Intercept settings in UCCE. Are they active by-default or do I need to active them.
