UCCE error "No CTIOS Objects are capable of processing Event"

Hello,

I have one user that sometimes her agent desktop buttons which is version 8 are grayed out and go back to normal until I restart the phone.  The error I got from the desktop CTIOS logs was "No CTIOS Objects are capable of processing Event"  Does anyone know what does error mean and how to fix it?

Any Suggestions.

What verion of CTIOS, is this a single agent?  More than likely there is something wrong/different with this computer.  I would either open a TAC case or see if you can move the agent to another desktop.
