Hi. I have a requirement where the phonebook entries in Finesse need to be dynamic values per call for each agent. As an example, we may have a static transfer-number to a destination but then we will have to append a string like ,,,12345 for automatic dtmf-input.
Since the '/desktop/gadgets/CallControl.jsp' gadget is locked and not made available, I am not sure on how to accomplish this.
Any suggestions or ideas?

Is the ,,,12345 dynamic based on the agent or destination or something else?
So this may be a dumb question, but you accomplish this via UCCE script and the dynamic entries you'd need to add?

To answer your question: The value is dynamic per call and not based on an agent. The number is almost like a call record number.
