UCCE ICM 9.0 Tomcat service restart gets stopped /hanging

Ucce ICM tomcat service stopped /hanging and the tomcat logs return

Tomcat is probably not started or is listening on the wrong port, also sees memory leakage.

What is the reason / Fix for tomcat service hanging ?

Once the tomcat is stopped, it effects Agent reskill web application tool in the call centre.

Does the tomcat service stop will impact IVR coded in ICM scripting /CVP etc ?

what are the other impact apart from agent reskill tool ?

It effects websetup and cceadmin API's. What is the use of CPU & ram usage when you observe Tomcat hang. Can you attach tomcat logs.

Appreciate for quick response.
Memory utilization was high around 95%, showing SQL server consuming high.. We restarted the UCCE post that utilization is normal.
Tomcat logs returns "tomcat is probably not started or is listening on the wrong port"

Not sure it is related, errors returned Memory leak..
