When doing agent to agent or agent to queue transfers the customer ID (customer input and stored in a ECC variable) is not transfered to the second agent or queue. This appears to be due to the network VRU in the PG Explorere being configured to the CVP VRU. If this is configured to None the the transfer works and the information is transfered. However we have another function that does a blind transfer a CAD button to a script. This script uses the Callback disconnect Caller step. If the network VRU is configured to None then the guid is changed and the disconnect caller step fails and our script than fails. If however this configured to CVP VRU it works.
So we have a situation where the one function works whilst the other function fails. Is there any way of configuring the system so that both functions work?

when you apply Network VRU to Agent PG or other peripheral which are not VRU, your send to VRU may not fuction. its always best to set it to NONE.
in case of your other point, where you want to continue where bot the scenarios work correctly,
try using Translation Route to VRU for Queuing agent calls, and see if it serves the purpose.
