Dear Networkers, We have an UCCE 8.5 solution with CVP 8.5 Comprehensive Model using SIP. We recently migrated the signaling from H323 to SIP for CVP and we need to change the Dialer to be using SIP instead of SCCP. We unistalled the SCCP Dialer Option from PG Server and we installed it again using SIP Option. The issue is that from Configuration manager - Dialer, Our Dialer is still considered as an SCCP Dialer and the option is grayed out. We tried to delete the Dialer to create it again but it could not be deleted. We receive an error message saying that it's still referenced in the Network Target table as you can see attached here. Can you please help ?

Go to the Device Target explorer and delete any devices and routes that exist for the current dialer.

Yes u were right my friend !
I found Device Targets attached to that dialer, once I deleted them, I was able to delete the dialer.
Thanks for your help.
