I'm looking for some ideas on how to keep our region prefixes updated for our dialer. Starting in 7.2(7) Cisco gave us all a handy tool to automatically update the region prefixes and timezone data along with a data file with the 2008 NALENND data. This file is in a pretty specific format containing the TZ, DST, NPANXX, and what I'm assuming is the ICM RegionID.
Before I contact outside sources to provide this data for us, I wanted to see what people were doing today to update their region tables. Our previous dialer was updated monthly by lists provided by that particular vendor through our service contract. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
