UCCE PG Fail: CallChangedEvent caught exception: java.lang.NullPointerException

Hi,

We are having UCCE 9.0(2) with PG SideA(Active) and PG SideB(Idle). We are getting that mentioned error in Event Viewer.

Recently UCCE works fine but that error still showing in Event Viewer.

I hope you can help me.

I opened a PDI case and the engineer says that if there aren't impact in UCCE functionality I can ignore the error. He says "That is a cosmetic error"

java.lang.NullPointerException as a cosmetic error... Write to memory space that doesn't exist is a programming issu and can be a "time bomb".

Install the latest SR 9.0(4) and when the issue still exists open a TAC case. Cisco has to resolve issues like this.
