UCCE recorded Trainings or other ways to get as much UCCE knowledge as possible.

Daniel Görnert

Hello,

I need to get myself familiar with UCCE as soon and as good as possible. Ideally nothing where I have to be online or onsite for 8 hours a day/5 days a week as I am busy about 10 hours per day with work.

Also I do not find any certification tracks or something similar. Is there any certification in that area ?

And last but not least - is there any way to get the UCCE Software and install it in my own lab environment and does it have the same grace period like the Call Manager ?

Thanks in advance and best regards

Daniel

Here's information re: the certification process, basically passing two tests.

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/training-events/training-certifications/certifications/specialist/unified-contact-center-enterprise.html

There are different types of training that are available as you'll see in that link.

Cisco has some not for production software for many of the UCCE/PCCE systems, but it isn't as easy to just download it and go.

Thanks for this answer and the links. I already searched for the NFR Software but didn’t find any.
Would you be able to provide me with a link to the software?
I know that this is not as easy as installing office 365, but as I have 20+ years experience on installing enterprise contact center solutions from Aspect Software like their legacy ACD, UiP, WFM etc, I guess I’ll be able to handle it. As long as I take the trainings and follow the installation guides :)

The CUCM I already managed to install and get it up and running ;)

It isn't a download.

This is something you have to order from Cisco, much of it can't just be downloaded from Cisco.com like a patch for instance. You'll need to work with a Cisco partner and/or have a service contract with Cisco.
