UCCE- TCD Data purging is not happening.

Dears, 

We were facing database sync issue on ICM DB. After analysis, we found 2 jobs (****_PurgeTCD and *****_PurgeTCV) were failing because of that purging is not happening and due to that database syncing is happening. Earlier, we manually run these Jobs and issue gets resolved. But now it is happening every 15-20 days.

Error:-“ Executed as user: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM. The transaction log for database 'ee_hds' is full. To find out why space in the log cannot be reused, see the log_reuse_wait_desc column in sys.databases [SQLSTATE 42000] (Error 9002). The step failed.”

Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Akilesh,

From the error message, it appears that the Transaction log of your HDS DB is full.

Could you try running ICMDBA to see if Transaction log is full ?

Also you can expand the log file and enable autogrowth.
