UCCE wrap-up data missing in CUIC report

Hi ,

We are running UCCE 8.5.1 , and we have encountered a problem with wrap-up data ,

The total calls handled yesterday was 3449 but the Wrap up report shows only 2941

can you please advice on how to overcome this issue ?

what kind of report is that. Is it a custom one?

Handled calls are - usually - calls that ended with a filled-in wrapup.

Yeah , it is a custom report , this numbers should be similler, but they are different ,

how can we isolate the issue ?
