Dear experts,

Is there any way to filter the captioned report by CSQ. As I remember the previous version can filter by CSQ but now it seems only have agent for fitler.

Hi

It's possible but the report would need customising. That involves some SQL work, CUIC templating (requiring a copy of CUIC Premium) and so on.
