UCCX 10.5 host name to ip in publisher

Does someone remember how to change UCCX 10.5 host name to ip in publisher/ subscriber.

I am not changing server hostname or IP address. I am changing hostname to IP on System --> Server ONLY.

You will not be able to change from hostname to IP address for Primary under Server as the entry is greyed out. For secondary server, you can do that and simply save the change followed by server restart.
