My supervisors cannot see any of their agents in the mobile skill manager (see atached screendump). I have checked the setup and it is OK. The supervisor can see and manage the agents in the Finesse client
It was working in UCCX ver 10
Is this a known bug ??

Hi,
Just had a similar problem with UCCX 10.5.2.
Our usernames have upper-case letters in them (ex: "ABC123")
For some reason, skill manager allowed the login with the lower-case equivalent, but gave the error message you mentioned.
Login in with the exact username as solved our problem.
