Hi all,
We have a client with a UCCX version 10.6.1 and we are configuring several scheduled reports.
One of the reports that we have requested, specifically have an application with a script where according to the schedule, the call is derived to a mobile phone. So, they want a report where they can know the calls that have been directed to that mobile phone.
We have been reviewing the CUIC reports but we have not known if you can show this information.
Please, can you help us?
Thanks in advance

Hi Pascual Garcia,
did you get a chance to look at the Detailed Call by Call CCDR report? it gives you the source and destination numbers. you can find the details in the following URL - Detailed Call by Call CCDR Report

Hello Shalid,
Thanks for your answer.
It is not exactly what the client asks me. The client has an application, with a script where there is a string that corresponds to a mobile phone number.
If the call enters the script during business hours, the call is redirected to an internal CallManager extension. But if the call enters the script outside working hours, the call is sent to an external number, specifically to a mobile number.
We understand that with this, what is done is an outgoing call from the CCX to the mobile number. And this kind of information is what we are not able to see. we understand that the call origin that we should see is the Trigger of the apicación (CTI Route Point) towards the external number.
The client wants a report where they can see all the calls that have entered in that application, with the script and that incoming call has finished leaving the system to an external number.
Is this kind of report possible?
Thanks again,
