Client is running UCCX 10.6 (recently upgraded from 9.x). They have CAD set with a workflow action for all answered calls to launch an external application (Visual Basic Script, "\\<path>\<application>.vbe") and send calling number.
Can anyone share a sample of something like this working?
And are there any changes in 10.6 to 11.5 that would improve/complicate matters?
