Hello My customer has cucm 10.5.2 and a UCCX 11.0
I have configured one button login fo an ICD but the service doesn't work
I use the usually setting http://X.X.X.X:6293/ipphone/jsp/sciphonexml/IPAgentLogin.jsp
Wen I try to connect to the service by the phone we have the error "host not found"
If I tray to open the link with a browser I have the error "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT"
could you help me to solve the problem?

This is URL for CAD IP Phone agent which no longer exists in UCCX 11.X. You need to use Finesse IP Phone Agent, see this doc for instructions:
