UCCX 11.5 Scripting Help Needed

I need to identify at the beginning of a call if the caller would like to take part in a Survey after ending a call.

 

I need this interaction not be with the Agent but to automatically do this transfer at the end of the call. 

The problem I am having is making this function be totally independent and the Agent not have to do anything with the call once it ends. 

 

Has anybody had anything like this for UCCX would greatly appreciate any tips.

If you haven't already done so... review the 'Post Call' configuration guide, here;

Pay close attention to the "How it works" section. Training might be required to ensure agents end calls via Finesse rather than hanging up the phone. Other than that, between these previous posts and this doc... you should be good to go. Good luck.
