UCCX 11.6 Agent-based Predictive outbound problem

hello
i have UCCX11.6
we are trying to config an Agent-based Predictive outbound dialer, but when we upload the contacts
no thing is happen

we configured ivr-based Predictive outbound dialer, and it worked fine
but the agent based doesn't  work

all dial-peer has been configured correctly

Hi there

 

Could you double check the configuration with the attached config guide. Mainly the dial-peer section.

For agent based, its the same config except in dial-peer you have to change the outbound voip dial-peer to agent's DN destination pattern/wild card.
