Hi guys,
I am having a problem with the new report definitions when I import it into CUIC
Everything was fine when I was importing, I could execute it and was able to run, but afterwards about 5 minutes, I was unable to view filters while executing this new report. There is absolutely nothing to choose from here:
I have never seen this issue before, anyone had any advice? Thank in advance

Hi, you mentioned new report definitions but then you mentioned 11.6 which has been out for a while. Can you give a little more details:
-do any of the reports work, or only older ones and the new ones you imported don't?
-do you get the same behavior of blank screen on all browsers?
-what type of report(s) that you imported are not working?
-where did you import the reports from/where did you get them from?

=> It just happened to the new ones, the older reports I made before are still working fine, the issue happened a few days ago

=> I have tried to use Chrome/Firefox/Edge browsers and also cleared cache/deleted cookies, but I have got the same issue
-what type of report(s) that you imported are not working?
=> All reports such as Abandoned Call Detail, Agent Call Summary, Contact Service Queue Activity,...
-where did you import the reports from/where did you get them from?
=> I have a standalone CUIC 11.6 with UCCX 11.6 HA cluster.
I created a report definition on standalone CUIC and exported it to a .zip file and then I imported it into UCCX
I may have to think the problem is related to the UCCX HA cluster because when I imported a report definition, it only showed on the Subscriber node, the Publisher node did not. But I have checked the status of the replicate is still running fine
Do you have any suggestions/recommendations?

Hi, this defect isn't exactly like what you're seeing but sounds pretty close (blank screen after reports imported if they're tied to many of them) and mentions 11.6, not sure if you're on that ES mentioned or if you want to investigate?

If you delete some of the newly imported report and just import one (I know, not ideal), does it work?

When I run the SQL command 'run sql select id, name from cuic_data:cuicreport where reportdefinitionid = '' from the CLI, the output of the query is nothing, so I can not delete it.
I have tried to delete and then import the new one, but it does not work
It seems difficult to investigate and find the root cause of this issue, what do you think about it?

Are the new reports also new with a new report definition? If so, when you said you deleted it, did you delete both the report and the report definition? And after it was done, did you clear cache/cookies and then retry to reimport and run it again.
Another idea would be to try and import these same reports to another system like Cisco test box and see if you have the same issue. In other words, are you sure what you're importing is good?
