UCCX 11.6 Database Integration with MS SQL Server using Windows Authentication

Hello,

I have a customer with UCCX Premium who needs to link to MS SQL Server using the database subsystem.

I have done this several times using mixed mode authentication to the SQL Server but this customer is very keen on having Windows based authentication.

I have tried using various jtds connection strings without success based upon searches which have yielded threads such as:

https://community.cisco.com/t5/collaboration-voice-and-video/uccx-9-0-2-ms-sql-database-connection-with-windows/ta-p/3141423

https://stackoverflow.com/questions/37835929/connect-to-sql-server-with-windows-authentication-from-a-linux-machine-through-j

I am not having any luck with any combinations of the parameters described. I can see that the request is getting to the SQL Server but is not being authorised.

Login failed. The login is from an untrusted domain and cannot be used with Windows authentication. [CLIENT: 181.1.18.41]

SSPI handshake failed with error code 0x8009030c, state 14 while establishing a connection with integrated security; the connection has been closed. Reason: AcceptSecurityContext failed. The Windows error code indicates the cause of failure. The logon attempt failed

Has anyone got this working?

Thanks!
