UCCX 12.0 - Cisco Finesse - Chat and E-mail Wrap-up reasons do not appear
When agents receive chats or e-mails in Cisco Finesse, the Wrap-up reasons do not appear.
After troubleshoot the issue, we noticed that when many skills are assigned to an agent, the wrap-up reasons do not appear.
When 4 skills are assigned, the agents do see the wrap-up reasons. As well we can have 6 skills assigned and we run into the issue.
According to Cisco documentation, the maximum number of skills that can be assigned to an agent is 25.
The error message that appears is: An internal error occurred. Contact your System Administrator.
The interesting part is that it was working previously and we had some agents had 25+ skills assigned.
Looking for some who has had a similar issue to guide us with getting this resolved.
