I've been trying to get UCCX desktop chat to work. I configured the URL and the login dialog appears, however when I put my username/password and click "Sign In" the widget goes blank with the wait swoosh in perpetuity, never actually connecting. I performed a packet capture and I see traffic going to our IM server on port 5280, and i see responses, but it is encrypted so can not see the contents. Anyone have some insight into what might be causing this?
UCCX 12.0, IM&P 12.5

Hi,
Check if all the required service are active and running.
Try restarting the TOMCAT service. Sometimes restarting the services solves the issue.

Hi, I have the sema problem, but the authentication is realized. but the problem is connecting to the IM&P server by port 5280, the all browser show the follow message:
Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to cobopresence.skandia.com.co:5280. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.
Error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG
