UCCX 12.5.1 su2 - HA servers

Occurs at night during all the system processes like purging , syncs - etc
Searched this forum, looked for documentation - but can't find any info on resolving.
Guessing the old reliable answer of 'reboot both servers' , but wondering if that is the only cure or other steps can be done or maybe a need to do additional steps before any reboots.
The Control Panel - Network Services - everything for both servers is "In Service".
Looked at the logs for MCVD - didn't see anything helpful, maybe I need to up the level of debug (?)
Anyone ran into this ?
