UCCX 12 Upload Prompt by Supervisor

Hi,

I want to ask if there is anyway for Supervisor to upload a new prompt to the Prompt Repository?

The reason being that there are 2 separate teams that manage UCCX, business team manage the actual Contact Center BAU and IT team manage on the infra / admin part. Hence business team are not allowed in the administrator list of the UCCX Admin Page.

You have to have admin rights to upload prompts via web.

You might want to give your Supervisors an option to the change on Apps via APIs
