I have UCCX 4.1 and my agents log in through the phone. When they go READY it will display RESERVED then NOT READY. The Resources (agents) are set to auto available and the CSQ is set to disable auto work.
any ideas?

Hi,
When you log in an agent in IPCC Express the agent is put in 'Not Ready' state. The agent has got to go to 'Ready' state manually.
