Your License MAC probably changed and you need to rehost your license. Check if your license MAC changed on the display license page in UCCX. If the license MAC changed you need to rehost the license.

You can do that on http://www.cisco.com/go/licensing and login with the account that you used to create the license or contact the licensing team. Send an email with your problem to licensing[at]cisco.com

In addition to what Jorie said, which would only apply if you have made changes to the following settings on your server in the last 30 or so days:

  • Time zone
  • NTP server 1 (or none)
  • NIC speed (or auto)
  • Hostname
  • IP Address
  • IP Mask
  • Gateway Address
  • Primary DNS
  • SMTP server
  • Certificate Information (Organization, Unit, Location, State, Country)

Then what might have happened is, you had temp or demo licenses in the system in addition to the permanent licenses, and UCCX choked on the temp ones.

You'll need to identify and delete the temp licenses from UCCX (GUI or CLI) and restart the Engine service.
