I currently have a UCCX system which I'm looking at upgrading. I've been all over the site and there doesn't seem to be a compatibility matrix where I can determine whether upgrading to UCCX 8.0 will damage my current call infrastructure. I currently have the following systems and versions:
UCCX 7.0(1) SR05
CUCM v 7.1.5
Unity VoiceMail 8.0.3
The plan is to move from Windows to a Linux server but I first must ensure what must be done to these other products to ensure they mesh with the new UCCX 8.0 platform.
