UCCX 8.5 on ESX 5.5 - temporary

Can a customer temporarily install UCCX8.5 on ESX5.5?

 

I understand that this is not a supported deployment. The customer does not intend to run this in production. The goal is for the customer to implement 8.5, rehost some licenses and then upgrade to 10.5. So, the end goal is to run UCCX 10.5 on ESX 5.5.
