Hi people
i am ussing UCCX 8.5 i am trying to extract incoming calls details.incoming calls from traffic analysis report and CSQ calls presented are different .i just added presented calls and abondoned calls but still INCOMING CALLS in traffic analysis report is more than CSQ report.
kindly help me out on this problem.

Could you please post these two reports and mark the discrepencies in the values to check.
By the did you have any aborted \Rejected calls ?

here are the details of these reports:
Traffic analysis Reports : INcoming calls 10595
CSQ REPORTS: call presented 9376 Calls handles 7802 calls abandoned 1573
Total
Agent call Summary: total inbound 8388 Total IPcc inbound 7893 Total NON-IPCC inbound 495
i have 3 calls rejected in this period.
Q: Why is it so muhc difference in traffic analysis calls and csq call presented.
Q Why calls handle in CSQ report are not Equal to Inbound on IPCC in agent calls summary report
