uccx 8.5 trigger not working

We have uccx 8.5 with CME, have configured a trigger but this is not working can someone help in the configuration steps.

I am not a CME guy, but is the number allready used in CME? run a directory number search to see if it shows up 2 times. if it does delete the trigger and try anthter DN.
