UCCX 8 NTP Error

Hi All

I could successfully install UCCX 8 on server. In this case it didnt ask for ntp server IP address. But when I am trying to install the same on vmware it is asking for ntp server. I tried giving online ntp servers. But it is showing as inaccessible and the error which is attached as file. Though, the online servers were pinging. Next I tried giving CUCM IP address. It is showing accessible but it is giving the same error which is attached. I want to install uccx 8 on vmware. Please help. Thanks is advance.
