Placing the CSQ name into Enterprise Data (the left column) is not a default behavior. Out of the box, it only puts this in contact history (the right column). So, you most likely have a gap in your AEF script. Take a look at the script attached to whichever application has the 89423 trigger. There must be a scenario where the Set Enterprise Data step gets missed or the CSQ name variable is null or "" when the step executes. Also be sure to verify that CDA has the same field name as what you are entering on the ECC tab of the step.
