UCCX 8.x Recovery Disk

Does anyone have a link to the UCCX Recovery disk for version 8.5? I cannot find it anywhere on the site.

Hello

There is no uccx recovery disc. You have to use the call manager recovery disc.

Hi,

I tried downloading the recovery disk from cisco's site with no luck - is this a known issue of a problem from my side? Download hangs along the way!

Hello,

There is no recovery disk for 8.0, its the same install disk

Incase you dont have the same, contact your account team and they should be able to help you with that request
