I am running into an issue with UCCX 9.0.2.10000-71 agent devices having to be de-associated and re-associated to the RMCM application users repeatedly. UCM in 9.1.1,10000-11. Randomly the agents will get the RMCM JTAPI error when they attempt to login and when we check the RMCM user the device is associated. If we de-associate the device and re-associate it to the RMCM users the problem is fixed. Has anyone else seen this or am I the only one?

I was wondering if you found a resolution to this problem.
We are currently running into exact same problem that you are describing above.
I have searched through the bug toolkit looking for this error and I see nothing that resembles the problem.
Any update to this issue would be appreciated.

No, and the crickets I hear from Cisco on this post is disturbing. We are looking to take the customer to the latest patches on everything and hope that will fix the problem but there is nothing in the release notes about it so I'm skeptical.
