UCCX Agent Logout

Hi,

We are using UCCX 5 and looking for a way to automatically log an agent out after X minutes of inactivity.   Does anyone know how I can do this?

Hello,

I don't believe there is any automatic way depending on X amount of inactivity time.

As you might know, its done manually from Supervisor desktops. CSD allows supervisors to view the current state of all agents that are part of their team. And the CSD allows supervisors to change an agent state (Ready, Not Ready, Logout).
