UCCX and CUCM SNR Name Lookup

Hello, 
I was hoping someone might be able to help or point me in the right direction. We're running CUCM 11.5 and UCCX 11.6 (Due for upgrades next year). 

I'm looking to perform a lookup of an SNR internal number and discover the name, in the screenshot example, I would search 8120 and discover 'Tom Armstrong - Personal', ideally I would have a (M) in there and when discovered by UCCX I would play a prompt which said 'Mobile'.

How this query can be done? How to retrieve this info via the script?

Hi Tom,

As long the RDP has a DN configured as an IP Phone, filling the "Display (Caller ID)" and "Alerting Name" fields, you should obtain what you need.
