UCCX API Queue stat

Hi all,

we want to build own monitoring for current queue stats for UCCX 12.5.

I have found in older posts that /finesse/api/Queue/<id> is not supported, and if i try it I just get all values with -1

Also found that :9443/realtime/VoiceIAQStats would work, however i just get http 405 Method not allowed. 

Is there a dedicated format to use? :9443/realtime/schema does work, but i cant get any specific value from the schema.

Have you seen this post. You may get the -1 if there are no agents in it.

Hi @bill.king1 I know this behaviour, but in Finesse Voice CSQ Summary Report are 4 logged in and active agents for this queue.

For all 4 queues it just show -1 values for all fields, so i doesnt seem to work 😞

Do you want to reply to that other thread to the users who were able to get that resolved (and specifically @ them to try and get their attention) to see how they were able to resolve it, since it seems to work for them?
