Is there a way to have a clickable website link as part of the conversation on the customer facing side? We would like our customer to fill out a survey, which would just be part of the Predefined Responses. However, the link is not clickable on the bubble chat side. The link is usage on the Agent side, just doesn't come thru the same on the chat side. Below is a snapshot of the output (just demo purposes).
