UCCX CAD Launch Application to make ODBC/ Stored Procedure call

I have a customer request to integrate with their CRM - using an ODBC stored procedure call - once a call is presented to agent's phone. If I use a launch external application - has anyone developed a bat file or similar application that calls a ODBC stored procedure? I am looking for guidance, document for doing this. Thanks.

I've never configured it to run a bat, but it should be just like running any application. Just point CAD to the executable when a new call arrives and you should be good to go. Maybe your question has more to do with the BAT and the store procedure, if so, sorry this will not be much help.
