Hi ,
CAD monitoring is not working .It was working fine but suddenly it stopped working .I have verified the all configurations and it is fine.
Customer is using Cisco Unified CCX Premium 7.0(1)SR04_Build443
All agent are using Cad 6.6 , Cisco IP Communicator 7.0.2 with codec G.711,WinXP SP3 ,SP2
Supervisors are using Win 7 ,Win XP SP3
After analyzing the agent side log .I found following warning and error messages.

I have been working on this issue for few days .I have checked all configuration but no luck .So I posted this issue on forum .Please help me out of this .Thanks

Did you ever get a resolution to this issue? We are having the same issue. TAC wants us to upgrade CCX to 8.0.5 to be compatible with out CUCM, but this issue started 2 months after our CUCM upgrade to 8.

Hi,
I have the same issue on 7.0(2)_Build254.
I checked event viewer and saw:
- Get registry key (LRM Recovery Interval) under path
- Get registry key (LRM Heartbeat Interval) under path
- Get registry key (LRM Socket Interval) under path
I had such problem earlier, then I installed UCCX again, it was working fine, and then suddenly stopped working.
If anybody have solution???
